You may cancel your TeachCares subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our support team or use the cancellation option in your account settings.
Monthly Subscriptions
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
You may cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations take effect on the next renewal date.

If you are not satisfied with TeachCares within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available if:

3. Non-Refundable Items
