Student & Staff Data
Schools upload operational data such as student enrollment records, attendance logs, exam marks, fee records, and teacher schedules. This data is processed strictly on behalf of the institution and is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
Usage & Technical Data
We automatically collect log data including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages accessed, time spent, and referral URLs to maintain and improve our platform.

Service Providers

4. Data Retention
We retain personal account data for the duration of your active subscription plus a 90-day grace period. Upon account termination, data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law. Institutions may request immediate deletion by contacting support.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security controls including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, regular penetration testing, and automated threat monitoring. We maintain ISO 27001-aligned practices.

7. Children's Privacy
